Where do sessions take place?
Currently we are only offering consultations at the clinic. We can develop a plan together, demonstrate form, and observe correct form. Once you have a framework, its your turn to execute.

What do your programs consist of?
After an assessment of your capacity and goals, we incorporate as much as you wish. Warmup, cooldowns, cardio, strength training, hot/cold therapy, and modifications to your daily activities.
